To accomplish this goal, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff, who are well-informed and always up-to-date. Please call us as well if you have any concerns regarding your initial visit. We ask that you bring your insurance information with you to your evaluation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We will be happy to file a pre-determination at your request. Many dental and medical plans have an out-of-plan provider allowance. Please check with your carrier to see if you participate in a plan that has this option.
