Financial Information

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any concerns prior to treatment.

We also accept several insurance plans. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your coverage. We will send you a monthly statement regarding your balance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. It is the responsibility of every patient to inquire to their insurance carrier if we are participating or non-participating in your particular plan. Your insurance carrier will have a list of participating doctors available to you.

Insurance and Financing

At Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates of WNY, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this goal, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff, who are well-informed and always up-to-date. Please call us as well if you have any concerns regarding your initial visit. We ask that you bring your insurance information with you to your evaluation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We will be happy to file a pre-determination at your request. Many dental and medical plans have an out-of-plan provider allowance. Please check with your carrier to see if you participate in a plan that has this option.
